1. Humor. Who knew Hillary had any?
2. Signs of redemption in class after making myself look like a bumbling idiot (see below).
Professor: Can you tell us why you're interested in this material?
Me: Well, I'm likely going to be using some of it this summer working on a project in Malawi.
Professor: What's the project about?
Me: That's an excellent question. .... Um...I don't know...um... ... If I went on from here, I'd just be making stuff up, so perhaps I'll just leave it at that and read the grant proposal again.
3. Looking forward to the Michael Jackson Sing-a-Long.
You can imagine how much I like early Michael Jackson if that's really keeping me going.
